A Medical Research Council clinical trial and
its follow-up, reported in the British Medical
Journal in 1990 and 1995, found that
chiropractic treatment of back pain was more
effective than hospital outpatient treatment.
In 1993 a Government Report identified
Chiropractic as one of the safest types of
health care in the world.
Chiropractors at Brighouse Chiropractic Clinic are registered with
the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and
the Scottish Chiropractic Association. As
Chiropractors we are registered by law under
the Chiropractors Act 1994. Chiropractors can
only be registered if they have appropriate
qualifications, are of good character and are
physically and mentally fit. We at Brighouse Chiropractic Clinic satisfy
this requirement and also undertake
continuing professional development courses
in order to keep up to date with new research
and treatment techniques so as to provide you
the best chiropractic care possible.
